June 19th, 2013

Looking for some great activities for the kids this summer?  There are tons of exciting experiments you can do at home, using the materials you probably already have around the house.  Ever wondered how static electricity works?  Have you ever wanted to build a hovercraft?  Do you know the quick and easy way to clean pennies?  Did you ever want to grow an avocado tree?

Visit these websites to find out th_60A6547e step-by-step instructions on how to conduct these various experiments and understand the scientific principles behind them.  Projects like these are great ways to have fun and take in new information.  It may be summer vacation, but as the students at Henderson International School know, learning is fun!
